Marina De Lima, E-RYT 500, is a yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, dedicated to guiding students toward transformation and self-discovery. Her teaching weaves together Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tantra, Taoist Philosophy, and Qi Gong, offering a unique and creative blend of movement, breath, and reflection.
Marina’s classes are ceremonial experiences, inspired by nature, music, and alchemy, inviting students to reconnect with their true essence. Through her own ongoing journey of healing and learning, she creates an authentic space for growth, courage, and self-expression.
Her intention is to inspire students to trust their hearts, embrace their individuality, and find liberation through the sacred practice of yoga.
Marina De Lima E-RYT 500 : Lead Teacher
Rebecca’s journey into yoga began over 14 years ago when she left the opera world to pursue her first 200-hour training in New York City. Immersed in NYC's diverse yoga community, she explored styles like Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Kundalini, Katonah, Dharma, and Bhakti Yoga, shaping her unique approach to teaching.
She completed her 500-hour Advanced Training in 2015 under her mentor Yogi Charu, focusing on Hatha Yoga and Tantric meditation. Deeply devoted to the path of Bhakti Yoga, Rebecca continues to study Vedic philosophy and mantra with Raghunath Cappo, Kausthuba Das, and Radhanath Swami.
A lifelong student, Rebecca leads classes, workshops, retreats, and kirtans worldwide, sharing her passion for yoga and its transformative power.

Functional Anatomy & Biomechanics
Lena brings over 20 years of experience as a sports therapist, fitness coach, and yoga teacher, weaving together a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and the transformative power of practice.
Her passion lies in exploring how knowledge of our unique structures can support the deeper goals of yoga, meditation, and healing. Lena combines an intricate understanding of biomechanics with a sensitivity to the energetic dimensions of the asana practice.
Her teaching is grounded, insightful, and empowering, offering students tools to align their practice with their individual needs and aspirations.

Over eight weekends, you’ll be guided through a comprehensive journey that prepares you not only to teach but to embody yoga as a way of life.
This training is certified through Yoga Alliance International. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to register as an RYT-200.

200hr FoundationTeacher Training is designed for anyone curious to deepen their own personal yoga practice as well as teach yoga.

Training is rooted in the tradition of Hatha Yoga through the 8 Limbs System, Chakra Methodology, and Hatha Vinyasa Practices.

-Training will be split into 8 in-person weekends between October and December, and also have 7 online sessions that will be 2 hours long.

180 hours will be done in person and consist of practice hours; lectures on philosophy, history, morals, ethics, and the business of yoga; practice teaching; adjustments; functional anatomy; teaching methodology and language, and your final exam. 20 hours will consist of homework (reading, journaling, anatomy followup).
Students will be required to take 24 hours of classes with approved teachers during their 3 month training period. Ideally students will be taking 3-5 classes weekly. The practices during their training weekend do not count toward their 24 hours.
All hours, assignments, and requirements must be completed in order to receive a 200 hr certificate.

Final exam will consist of teaching a full 75 mins class including use of functional cueing, hands on assisting, meditation and pranayama techniques, and intelligent sequencing.

This course is certified through Yoga Alliance International and students will be eligible to register their hours upon completion. You will be able to teach yoga globally.

Students that will need to miss training days will need prior approval and to schedule to make up hours and content missed
