The Dance of Yin & Yang
100hr Advanced Training
A deep dive into Yin–Yang Yoga as an integrative teaching method—blending stillness and movement, meridian flow, and energetic balance.
The Dance of Yin & Yang is a 10-day, 100-hour advanced training designed to deepen your understanding of energy, movement, and the relationship between stillness and flow. Rooted in Yin–Yang theory, Taoist philosophy, meridian wisdom, and the Tantric chakra model, this training invites you to experience practice as a dynamic interplay between passive and active forces—where balance is cultivated through awareness, timing, and responsiveness.
Blending Yin Yoga methodology with Hatha-based postures and dynamic sequencing, this course explores how passive holds and repetitive load work together to support joint health, strength, and energetic circulation. Students learn how to access the meridian system through both stillness and movement, and how these pathways relate to the chakra system and the upward movement of energy through the body.
Through this integrated approach, students begin to understand how the harmonization of Qi supports the natural and regulated awakening of Kundalini energy—not through force, but through balance, regulation, and coherence across the whole system.
This course supports teachers in creating practices that are physically intelligent, energetically coherent, and psychologically attuned—where students are guided not only toward strength and flexibility, but toward greater balance, resilience, and embodied awareness over time.

What you’ll Learn
Yin–Yang Sequencing Principles – design practices that intelligently weave stillness and movement, balancing passive and active loading for sustainable, long-term results.
Meridian-Based Practice & Sequencing – understand how to stimulate and regulate the meridian system through both stillness and movement, and apply this to class design.
Chakra & Meridian Mapping – bridge the Taoist and Tantric systems to work with energy as a unified continuum across the body.
Energetic Circulation & Regulation – learn how to cultivate, circulate, and stabilize Qi to support the safe and natural awakening of Kundalini energy.
Functional Anatomy & Fascia Awareness – integrate an understanding of joints, connective tissue, and fascial lines as pathways for both physical and energetic transmission.
Hands-On Acupressure & Adjustments – apply foundational acupressure techniques and supportive touch to enhance circulation, release, and integration.
Teaching Multi-Layered Classes – guide students across physical, energetic, and psychological levels with clear, accessible, and intentional language.
Balancing Strength & Mobility – understand how passive holds support joint health and how dynamic load builds strength, creating a more resilient and adaptable body.
Adaptive & Intelligent Teaching – create practices that respond to different bodies, needs, and nervous systems while maintaining energetic coherence.
This training supports you in teaching not just what to do, but when and how—so that practice becomes a living dialogue between Yin and Yang.
Certified teachers ready to expand their teaching beyond single-modality approaches, integrating Yin and Yang into a more balanced and intelligent practice.
Practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding of sequencing, subtle energy, and embodied awareness, through both stillness and movement.
Teachers working toward their 300hr Yoga Alliance Certification, looking to refine their ability to work with the meridian system, chakra model, and energetic flow of the body.
Those interested in bridging Yin Yoga and Hatha/Vinyasa practices, learning how to apply Yin methodology across a wider range of postures and class styles.
Teachers and practitioners curious about energy work, who want a grounded framework for cultivating, circulating, and stabilizing Qi in support of long-term vitality.
Anyone seeking to create practices that are physically sustainable, energetically balanced, and psychologically attuned, rather than driven by intensity or output alone.
Who it’s for
Over the years, my teaching has been rooted in an ongoing exploration of the dance between polarities—between stillness and movement, effort and ease, structure and flow. This has shaped the way I guide groups, weaving together both dynamic and subtle practices to support a more complete experience of the body and mind.
In recent years, my Elemental Path™ method has evolved into a deeper inquiry of how different modalities can be blended to support Qi harmonization and the awakening of deeper layers of consciousness. Rather than approaching practices in isolation, I am interested in how they can work together—creating a more integrated, sustainable, and intelligent way of moving, feeling, and teaching.
My intention is to offer you a framework that is both grounded and expansive—one that you can carry into your own practice and teaching, allowing you to respond to what is needed with clarity, sensitivity, and trust.
